Who it's for

Built for owners who earn well and pay too much.

Most of the owners we see learn what they overpaid in April, when the year is already closed. The review moves that conversation to December, while you can still act.

  • You run a therapy practice or consulting firmOr another service business where you are the main earner.
  • Your profit is around $80,000 or moreThat is where structure, salary and retirement choices start to move real money.
  • You file as a sole proprietor, LLC or S-corpAlready an S-corp? We check your salary, payroll and reimbursements.
  • You are fine meeting onlineWe work remotely with owners across the US.

Not a fit if your business has not turned a profit yet, or you only need a return filed.

Questions

Before you book

Is this tax preparation?

No. The review is planning: what to do before December 31 and how to set up 2027. If you then file your 2026 return with us, the $297 comes off that fee.

I already have a CPA. Why would I need this?

Many CPAs only see your numbers at filing time, when nothing can change. If your current CPA already does year-end planning with you, you may not need us. If not, the plan is yours to use with anyone.

What do I need to bring?

Your 2025 tax return and a rough 2026 profit figure. A year-to-date profit and loss statement helps if you have one.

What if you don't find savings?

If the review identifies less than $1,000 in potential savings, we refund your fee in full.

Do you work outside Illinois?

Yes. We work remotely with business owners across the US.
